CreaTV is our award-winning, teen-produced television show at CTV North Suburbs. Teens write, act, direct, film, and edit projects on topics they choose. Whether you're interested in writing, acting or performing, in television, documentary or film production--or if you just want to see what CTV is all about, if you're between the ages of 13-18 you are welcome to apply to be a part of the TV Show.

If accepted, you will be working on all aspects of the television show with other teens from around the North Suburbs for one day after school each week for the whole school year. One group will meet on Tuesday and another will meet on Wednesday—times will be determined based on your schedule. No previous experience is necessary, although this would be a great opportunity for anyone planning a career in writing, acting, film, or television production. Since there is limited space available, we will base our selection of crew members based on level of interest expressed in part 3 of the application, so please give us your best answers.

Over the past three years, CreaTV projects have covered diverse topics. Examples of past projects include: a video poem on seizing the day, teen reflections on religion, teenage pregnancy, a music video featuring a local high school talent, and the impact of music on teens. See what it's all about!
